Ask a Question→01How does the process start, and what do we discuss in the first meeting?
The process begins when you get in touch with us and we hold a short initial meeting. In this meeting we listen to the current state of the space, your usage needs, your budget framework and your timing expectations; existing plans, photographs and references you like make our work easier. We then clarify the scope together and share how we work.
02How long does a project take?
Timing varies from project to project depending on the size of the space, the scope and whether implementation is included. Rather than giving a general timeline, we share a projection specific to your project in the first meeting. Timely design decisions and site coordination are the main factors that determine the duration.
03How are fees determined?
We do not have a fixed price list; fees are prepared as a proposal based on the scope of the project, the services included and the size of the space. After the first meeting, we present a proposal that clearly defines the scope and stages. Simply contact us for a quote.
04Which cities do you work in? Is remote work possible?
Our studio is based in Istanbul and most of our projects are located there; we have also designed villa projects in Cyprus. For projects outside Istanbul and abroad, the design process can largely be carried out remotely. Site visits and implementation follow-up are planned separately according to the needs of the project.
05Is 3D visualization included in the service?
3D visualization is a natural part of our design process; we evaluate design decisions together with visuals before moving on to implementation. The scope and presentation level of the visualization (still images, animation, etc.) is determined per project and clearly stated in the proposal. You can also contact us for visualization services alone.
06Do you also handle implementation? Do you work on a turnkey basis?
Yes. To ensure the design is realized on site without compromise, we also take on implementation and project follow-up; we manage materials, production, installation and site coordination within the integrity of the design. Turnkey delivery is determined together at the proposal stage, depending on the scope of the project.
07I want to renovate an existing space; do you take on this kind of project?
Yes, the renovation of existing homes, offices and commercial spaces is also within our scope of work. The process begins with an analysis of the existing structure and usage habits; we decide together what to keep and what to change. In these projects, implementation reality and material discipline are particularly decisive.
08For commercial spaces such as cafés, restaurants or offices, do you also handle the brand side?
Yes. In commercial spaces we approach interior design together with brand identity, user experience, spatial language and wayfinding, and we offer this as our Commercial Space and Brand Consultancy service. The Mono Coffee & Eatery project on Bağdat Avenue is an example of this approach.
