ANNEXPrivacy Notice (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698)
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the following notice explains how the personal data you submit to us through the contact form on our website and via email or phone is processed.

- Full name, email address, phone number and message content; in addition, the IP address and browser information from which the form is submitted (for security and bot protection purposes).
- Purpose of processing
- To respond to your request, communicate with you about your project and carry out the proposal process.
- Legal basis
- KVKK Art. 5/2-c — processing that is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (pre-contractual request and proposal process); for the IP address and browser information, KVKK Art. 5/2-f — the legitimate interests of the data controller (website and form security).
- Retention period
- Until your request is concluded; in any case, no longer than 2 years. At the end of this period, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
- Transfers
- Your data is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to deliver the service: Cloudflare for website hosting, form infrastructure and bot protection; Resend for email delivery. As the servers of these providers are located outside Türkiye, your data is transferred abroad within the framework of KVKK Art. 9. It is not otherwise shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

- You may submit requests regarding your rights by email to info@delfindesign.com or in writing to the postal address above. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with KVKK Art. 13.
