Designed in collaboration with HYK Interiors, Tulum Villas is a contemporary villa development shaped by the Mediterranean character of Cyprus. The project is approached with a clean architectural language, balanced site planning and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Located on a total area of 7,500 m², the development consists of three different villa types. Privacy, openness, outdoor use and a balanced living layout are prioritized throughout the site plan. White architectural volumes, softened geometries, generous openings and natural-toned details reinterpret Mediterranean architecture in a modern and refined way.
Walking paths, a tennis court, social areas, rooftop terraces and pool arrangements create a living environment that supports both private and shared use. Some villas include private pools, while other areas are planned around communal pools and social outdoor spaces.
The relationship between landscape, open spaces and architectural volumes gives the project a calm, bright and timeless character. Tulum Villas is designed as a modern villa development with a strong outdoor living experience and a clear Mediterranean identity.
